Create an account by entering your username, email, phone number, and password. You can also sign in using Google, Facebook, or Apple.
Go to your profile and complete your basic information. For added security, enable two-factor authentication via email, SMS, or Microsoft Authenticator.
Browse experts by category, use filters by price or rating, and find the right person for your needs.
On the expert's page, you’ll see their photo, name, session price, duration, and a short description. You can select a session length (e.g. 15, 30, or 60 minutes), after which available time slots will appear.
After choosing an expert and session duration, select a suitable time from their availability. Click "Request" to send a booking request. In some cases, the expert may need to confirm it — you’ll be notified once it's approved.
Once the session is confirmed, proceed with payment. At the scheduled time, go to the "Meetings" section and join the video call directly through the platform.
