Welcome to Business Pass! Thank you for choosing our company to support your business. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
A. TERMS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Business Pass, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using our services. We strongly recommend that you review this document carefully before engaging with the platform or ordering any services.
2. Definitions
Company: Business Pass is a registered legal entity providing consulting, analytical, and administrative services within the Republic of Uzbekistan and the United States of
America.
Client: Any individual or legal entity receiving or ordering services provided by Business Pass.
Expert: A verified platform user who provides professional consultations within their area of expertise. The qualifications of the expert are assessed by Business Pass but are not guaranteed.
Services: The full range of solutions and actions provided by Business Pass, including consulting, project management, analytical and administrative support, technical analysis, audits, and other services as requested by the client.
3. Communication and Right to Modify Terms
Business Pass reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the company’s official website. We may notify you of such changes via email, through the app, or by other means; however, it is the client’s responsibility to regularly review the current version of the Terms.
4. Business Pass as a Platform; Third-Party Content
The Business Pass platform serves as an intermediary between clients and experts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of content created by third parties (including experts). Clients are solely responsible for deciding whether to rely on such information and bear all associated risks.
5. Public Nature of Posts; Anonymity
Information posted on the platform may be publicly accessible and is not consideredconfidential. We recommend refraining from posting personal data, such as home
addresses, passport information, contact details, and other sensitive information.
6. Verification; Disclaimer Regarding the Term “Expert”
The term “Expert” on the platform refers to a user who has passed a basic verification process. This designation does not constitute legal or professional certification of their qualifications.
7. Information Is Not Professional Advice
Business Pass services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Use of the information does not create any professional obligations between the client and the company.
B. USER ACCOUNTS
8. Registration, Restrictions, Account Suspension
To access the full functionality of the platform, users must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Business Pass reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an account if fraud, violations, or other suspicious activity is detected.
9. Payments, Reviews, Refunds, and Cancellations
Service fees vary depending on the type and scope of work. Clients may leave reviews about expert services. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the company’s internal policies, which are available on our website.
10. Notifications and Marketing Offers
Clients agree to receive notifications about promotions, news, and updates from Business Pass. You may opt out of these notifications through your account settings.
C. LEGAL PROVISIONS
11. Disclaimer of Liability
Business Pass is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our services, including direct, indirect, or incidental damages.
12. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan and the United States. However, when using public internet networks, absolute security of transmitted
information cannot be guaranteed.
13. Disclaimer for Third-Party Actions
Business Pass is not responsible for the actions or omissions of other platform users or third parties, even if the interaction occurred through our platform.
14. Monitoring and Storage of User Information
User information may be deleted in case of policy violations or in accordance with legal requirements. Data collection, storage, and processing are carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. No Warranties
All materials and services are provided "as is." Business Pass does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation or the complete accuracy of all information.
16. Limitation of Liability
Business Pass’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not compensate for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
17. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Business Pass for any losses incurred as a result of violating these Terms.
18. Mentions and Media Publications
Any publications about Business Pass, including media mentions, press releases, or reviews, must be approved by official company representatives. Unauthorized
publications do not represent the position of Business Pass.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the United States. In case of international disputes, international law takes precedence.
20. Dispute Resolution
All disputes and disagreements between Business Pass and the client shall be resolved amicably through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to arbitration or a competent tribunal.
D. SMS COMMUNICATIONS AND USER CONTACT
21. SMS Communication Terms
21.1. Message Types
With your consent, you may receive text messages from Business Pass, including:
– Appointment and consultation reminders
– Notifications about orders and application statuses
– Information on new services, offers, and promotions
– Updates regarding your account or changes to the Terms of Service
21.2. Message Frequency
The expected frequency of messages ranges from 50 to 1000 messages per day, depending on user activity and the volume of notifications.
21.3. Message Charges
Business Pass does not charge for sending SMS messages. However, standard messaging rates may apply as per your mobile carrier’s plan.
21.4. Consent to Receive Messages (Opt-in)
You may provide consent to receive messages through:
– An online form (checkbox)
– A paper form
– Email confirmation
– Verbal confirmation during a phone call
Example wording:

21.5. Opt-Out Option
Clients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP”. To reactivate SMS notifications, send “START”.
